LEARNING OUTCOMES

Upon completion of the course, students should:

    The key question addressed in this course is how to design and implement people management practices that support the strategy of the organization. The course covers the core elements of strategic management and how people management can contribute to value creation in different kinds of organizations, with a particular focus on people management in multinational organizations operating across different cultural and institutional environments.
