LEARNING OUTCOMES

After the course, students understand the difference between correlation and causation and know what to look when reading research articles that make causal claims. The students understand and are able to replicate most common econometric research designs that allow causal interpretation, using econometric software Stata or R (Stata is used teaching and demonstrations). In addition, the students are able to apply these research designs to topical research questions in Real Estate Economics.
