LEARNING OUTCOMES

After the course the student is able to:

  1. Recognise and compare two main fluid power systems, namely hydraulics and pneumatics
  2. Describe the technical and physics fundamentals, including control and operation
  3. Draw fluid power system schematics
  4. Dimension fluid power systems and components based on calculations
  5. Design, simulate, analyze and build basic fluid power systems
