Content

    Successfully leading organizational renewal and change processes is a core competence for both managers and consultants. In the course the students will build deep understanding on how to design effective participatory renewal processes for organizations, how to lead such processes and what they require from leadership. The course will familiarize the students with various organizational renewal conditions and their dynamics. The students will learn how to use various approaches to analyze organizational renewal and development needs. In the course the students will get a real-life experience on organizational analysis, designing of participatory transformation process, and demonstration of the proposal to the client organization. The students will work in groups with a specific client case to apply the content, methods, and concepts introduced in the course.
