- understands basics of communications ecosystems related microeconomics
- are able to follow deeper analysis and conduct own basic analysis on techno-economic and regulatory issues related to technological systems, particularly in the context of Internet and Telecommunications systems
- Understands basics of game theory and is able to find extra information in game theoretical analysis
