LEARNING OUTCOMES

Analytics research covers a wide range of methods, tools, and applications areas. This course, arranged in a seminar mode, focuses on a current topic in analytics research. Special emphasis is placed on preparing and delivering a research presentation through which each student teaches some aspects of the topic to the rest of the class. After the course, the student (i) has gained a thorough understanding of the state-of-the art work on a current topic in analytics research and (ii) has learned how to prepare and deliver a research presentation.
