· Prepare a compliance investigation plan

Content

    This course gives students an overview of how and why companies put in place compliance and ethics programs. The aim is to equip them as young professionals, whatever their role in a company, with a practical understanding of how companies aim to prevent, detect and correct misconduct. The basic relevant legal topics are covered, including anti-bribery and corruption, sanctions, human rights and competition law requirements. The role of ethics and compliance in sustainability will also be addressed. Students will participate in discussions about real-life cases and activities reflecting realistic corporate scenarios, including presentations and investigations.
