LEARNING OUTCOMES

1) The course will provide a basic understanding of the chemistry of wood (chemical structure) in relation to their isolation/ purification protocols;

chemical characterization of non-cellulose wood components

    2) Two persons as a group, maximum six groups can be formed;

    3) course samples in line with student research subject;

    4) doctoral student’s sample will be primarily utilized as the course sample so that the lab work can benefit student’s own research
