MICRONOVA Training Courses for Cleanroom Users

This course is the basic introduction for working in Micronova's cleanroom. It is mandatory for all new Aalto's cleanroom users.
0. Users without Aalto or HAKA credentials: Contact Päivikki Repo (paivikki.repo@aalto.fi) as soon as possible for temporary 30 days guest access. This will allow you to login to register to the course.
1. Register for a course from "Choose your course date".
2. Watch the two training videos
3. Have a look at the other training materials from "Learning Material".
4. Do the Cleanroom training homework with the help of the videos and other materials at least 24 hours before the course.
6. Download and fill-in Cleanroom User Form, Process Flow Plan and Keycard Application Form "Instructions and Forms". For Keycard application form, fill-in only empty slots in section A1, leave everything else as is. Do not sign and scan the papers! This will be done after the training.
7. E-mail the three forms to the Teacher at least 24 hours before the course starts.
8. Come to Micronova's lobby (Lehtisali) promptly at the right time!
