  • Optional Module 1: Legal Issues in Software Engineering

    This is the first optional module. You can use this module as a whole or partly to replace assignments in one content module of your choice (Modules 2-12).

    Note that you must do optional module 1 before doing optional module 2. Thus, if you want to improve/replace scores for one content module, you must do optional module 1. If you want to improve/replace scores for two modules, you must do both optional modules.

    The score replacement is based upon your indication of which module you want to substitute scores for. The substitution rule is simple: the higher score becomes your final score, i.e. if your score for an assignment in this module is lower than in your selected content module, no substitution will take place. Thus, you cannot lower your score by doing the optional modules.

    The schedule is the following:

    Apr 15th 10:15 - Apr 25th 10:00. Optional modules 1 & 2 open for assignments

    Apr 25th 10:15 - May 2nd 10:00. Optional module essays open for peer review
