  • Wednesday 29 May, 9.15–17 with M Wingren


    This practical workshop will focus on producing in a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). Each participant will create a sonic exploration. Because of the length of the workshop the focus will be to technologically empower participants to follow their gut in audio production and freely explore. All levels welcome. “Non-musicians” welcome. 

    First Part of Day  
    //Quick theoretical foundation and overview of software
    //Composing with MIDI/VSTs - Recording audio - Editing, effects & basic mixing.

    Second Part of Day 
    //Work on own projects, I am available to answer any questions 
    //Listening to works/works in progress and feedback session 

    Recommended materials
    // Computer (if you don't have one let me know ahead of time and we find a computer to borrow). 
    //You can use a software of your choice, but I will mainly be able to help with Ableton Live. Free trials are available.
