Evaluation and grading
Evaluation and course grades are based on group and individual assignments, and final exam. They are weighted as follows: assignments 60%, exam 40%. Active participation in course activities is essential for passing the course.
Exam
The exam will be held on Friday 12.4.2019 at 9 - 11 in room TU3. You are allowed to have with you the following items:
- writing equipment
- calculator
- one sheet of paper (A4) with equations you think you will need in the exam. You can write the paper up yourself. Include ONLY equations, no text whatsoever allowed! (The papers will be checked by the exam assistant.)
There will be four questions (some problems, some questions requiring short explanations but no long essays), broadly covering many of the course topics -particularly those relevant for further studies.
