The lectures of the course are on Tuesdays at 8:30 - 10:00 in the lecture hall U6 / U149 (KONECRANES), Otakaari 1 starting 26.2.2019. About every second Tuesday starting 5.3., we continue with an Exercise session at 10:15 - 12:00 in lecture room U356. Half of the exercise sessions start with going through the previous homework assignment, continue with traditional exercises, and end in giving a new home assignment. In the other half, we just make assignments. It will also be possible to discuss homewoks, etc.
Two small excursions are arranged. On 26.3. after the lecture, there is a possibility to visit the laboratories of the Aalto / SPA / Metrology group (Maarintie 8), where some optical measurements technicues are demonstrated. On 21.5., there is possibility to visit VTT-MIKES (Tekniikantie 1).
