    This course follows carefully the two course books.

    I will sell it during the lectures starting Wednesday January 30.

    I have a limited number of the books. Please, order the book now. If the number of orders exceeds the number of the copies I already have, I will publish a new corrected and slightly extended version of the book. It will take time to get offers, to print the new version and to transport the books to my office. The price of the new version will be 10 €.
