    Dear Students,

    Welcome to Management Communication Class 2019! This course is designed to help you enhance your management communication skills. The lecturer's pedagogy builds on the philosophy of open learning which means transparent assessment and grading, open access to the course materials including the assignments completed by the participants.  We aim to:

    • learn about theories, strategies, and tools for effective management communication
    • test our knowledge via practical tasks
    • become aware of how we can decrease chances of miscommunication
