LEARNING OBJECTIVESPRE-ASSIGNMENT
The objective of the discussion forum (held in IDBM Howspace - you will get link to your email) is to learn how to effectively influence and manage your client, pull your team together to move ideas forward, galvanize change, and create meaningful solutions. Note that influencing and persuasion is “not convincing and selling but learning and negotiating” (Conger, 1998:95)
