Information on this page is concerns the course ELEC-E7330 in the academic year 2020-2021. Teaching period is 22.09-29.11.2020. Note! There are no lab works in the spring term (periods III-V).
Laboratory works about transmission and networking technology include communication networks, LANs , routing protocols (OSPF, RIP, BGP), VoIP, VPN, security etc.
A single laboratory work consists of a preliminary work, a lab session (3-5 hours depending on the lab) and final report. All the work is done in a group of two students.

The dates for mandatory BGP labwork are Tue 17.11 at 12.00-18.00 and Wed 18.11 09.00-16.00.
Note that all students must adhere to Aalto University Code of Academic Integrity. The most common violation is to present someone else's work as your own.
You can reserve lab times for your group on the lab works pages (in the menu on the left). Before reserving the first lab, please create your group by enrolling in one of the numbered groups in Group Enrolment with your lab partner.
