    a) To familiarize the students with the basics of group dynamics, relationship building, and temporary (voluntary) team leadership
    b) To support the students to construct a preliminary version of personal team leadership principles and ideals
    c) To allow students to experiment, experience, and reflect on how the own principles work in practice (Junction experience) 
    d) To summarize the key learning points from the whole Junction experience and to finalize the personal leadership principles and ideals
