  • a) To familiarize the students with the basics of group dynamics, relationship building, and temporary (voluntary) team leadership
    b) To support the students to construct a preliminary version of personal team leadership principles and ideals
    c) To allow students to experiment, experience, and reflect on how the own principles work in practice (Junction experience)
