    Overview: In this module, we dive into the nature of sensitive messages. More specifically, we explore how to compose and deliver "bad news" messages. We start with reflecting on direct and indirect approaches and continue with analyzing the structure and language of the "bad news" messages.

    General overview: In this module we discuss the essential principles that shape effective managerial writing. We start with reflecting on the reasons the managers write for and continue with patterns for persuasion, Toulmin's model of Argumentation and Grice's Maxims of Communication.
