  • Practicalities

    Potential approaches to editing the document
    - Adobe acrobat reader: Use the edit command to add text boxes and other features. (Free version available online)
    - Miro: Import the pages into a miro board and add text on top of the images (This option requires that at least one member of the team has a miro account in which they can create a board. There are free trials available online and you can sign up with your aalto email). 
    - InDesign: Import the pdf pages as images into a separate InDesign document and edit using the tools of the software. (This option requires that at least one member of the team has a paid Creative Cloud license.)
    - Google docs: This application may not present the template in its accurate form. Therefore, it is advised that the team use another application.
