    There is a tight schedule for carrying out the project, which includes strict deadlines and mandatory attendance in all sessions (two intro sessions, four feedback sessions, and final presentation). 

    If you have a reason to not attend one of the sessions please inform the course staff beforehand. We may require compensatory work for a skipped session. 

    Below is a complete overview of the project including all deadlines and sessions. (minor details may still change before the course starts)

    The schedule below only includes your interaction with your instructor and other groups. You will also interact with the company for which you do the project. Companies vary in how they want to interact during the project. In any case, the below schedule and requirements are definitive no matter what else you agree with your company. However, there typically is not (and should not be) a conflict between the company and the course requirements.

    Note that it is critical to keep the deadlines for submitting the deliverables. If you submit any deliverable late we will automatically deduct points. There will be hard deadline after which the system does not accept submissions any more.

    Also note that the course language is English. All documents must be submitted in English language.
