    Welcome to the course Geodesy and Positioning!

    We will get to know the basics of geodetic measurements, their applications and theory behind. The course consists of ten lectures, one excursion, five excercises and an quiz/exam.

    Evaluation:
    The course is accomplished by returning five assignments, participating in the Metsähovi session and doing the quizzes. Quizzes replace the course exam, the grade can be improved by accomplishing assignments with "passed with distiction". If late returns are not agreed in advance, the highest grade is "pass".
