  • Week 5

    The resources for the 5th week (calendar week 41) of the course

    During the fifth week we studied coordination and scheduling. Both areas have rich and deep theory, but we handle the areas mostly from a practical viewpoint.

    During the lecture session on Monday (2020-10-11) we concentrated on basic synchronization issues as synchronization often sets up the scenery for scheduling, which we will also review.

        •    Feel free to participate, ask questions and discuss.

    • The video is somewhat extended
      • Considering the exercises, the video addresses both Round-4 and Round-5 (i.e., toward the end is more about themes for Week-6)
    The course exercise sessions continued also on Monday (2020-10-11) concentrating on the 4th exercise round, which is about coordination.

        •    The week is a good time to do the fourth round of the exercises.

        •    Remember the course discussion forum, where you can ask questions anytime.
