In this module, we'll talk about getting different types of stakeholders on board in innovation initiatives, iteration and how design thinking can be leveraged to improve the innovation culture of organizations. To bring this to life, we'll have a Strategy & Culture Consultant from Futurice, Tiina Tuulos, visit our class 12.4. to talk supporting innovation initiatives in her consulting work.

- Individually, explore what next steps could be in your development process. Based on what you learned, do you need to gather more understanding, reframe the challenge, ideate more ideas, or create a new prototype?
- As a group, prepare for the final presentation and final report.
