Please note the new ARTS requirement of 3 ECTS credits in a foreign language, which should include both oral (o) and written (w) skills. This course, LCA-1111, gives you 3 ECTS in o+w and, thus, fulfills the set criterium. This means, for instance, if you are a freshman and study under the new 2020 study regulations, you can complete both the oral and written part with this course. See the into page below (you need to scroll down quite a bit)

This course was originally designed by Dr Diane Pilkinton-Pihko, and her materials were subsequently modified by Diane, together with Dr. Signe-Anita Lindgren (A!OLE-project).
