Note (12.1.): We got some more exercise groups, and there is still room in some groups, so you can still enroll on the course. You can also now change your exercise group in Sisu, if there is room in the new group. Do this by changing the group, not by canceling your registration to the course.
Welcome to the course Statistical Inference 2022! These MyCourses pages will host the lecture plan, lecture slides, exercise assignments, and other material.
The course lectures (and some exercise sessions) will be hosted online during spring by using Zoom which is a free-to-use video conference application. Please download and update Zoom to latest version.
Moreover, in each exercise session we will be using R programming language and use R Studio Desktop as the graphical user interface for R. If you are attending an online exercise group (H05 or H11), please download and install R and R Studio Desktop (Not R Studio Server, which is not free). Both are, of course, free.
