  This section will contain short slide sets of theory materials that comprise the operations analysis toolbox that is useful for the case applications that are analyzed.
  

  The materials are a recap of fundamentals of basic operations management models that you've seen in your previous OM courses and that are covered in textbooks. In this advanced course we focus more on applications and the theory materials are provided for support.

    Below you can find an example spreadsheet for doing MC simulation with spreadsheets:
    

    • ICU Hospital Beds MC: Example file with few examples presented also on the attached recording.
