      Tips on performing and reducing anxiety.
      Most of us feel some kind of discomfort at some point in our lives. It may be at the dentist’s or when giving a speech, like the pitch in this course, or standing in front of a camera.
      By now, you probably already have some favourite tricks you use, and some you have heard of but perhaps not tried out.
      Please share!
      Let’s make a list of “good practices” that you can use in this course but also elsewhere.

      Add comments when you find something you really like (assignments, instructions, materials, links...)“Keep this because” or something that would qualify to be under “Consider changing this/adding ... because” .

      We will, of course, collect feedback at the end of the course but you may then not come to think of “small details” and such.

      If you wish not to share “publicly”, you can, as always, also send me a MyC message! Any feedback on what needs improvement (and what not!) is welcome! And yes, there’ll be different opinions and likes and that is okay, too!
