    The notebook of week 12 can be used to find solutions to beam equations in  Cartesian xyz-coordinate and curvilinear snb-coordinate  systems. The notebook contains also Mathematica solutions to some example problems and assignments. To use the notebook
    

    1. Download the Mathematica software.

    2. Download, save and open the notebook.

    3. Evaluate "shift-enter" the cells for operations indicated by cell titles.
