1. Enzyme kinetics with Matlab: instructions and task descriptions Folder
"Enzyme kinetics using Matlab" -exercise on Monday the 6th of February at 13:15-16:00 can be completed in the chemistry building PC classrooms or remotely with Zoom, e.g. at home. Sign up for only one group: PC class or Zoom group. The exercise is accompanied by a MyCourses quiz. For either group the exercise is reviewed and assistance is provided as needed. See the instructions for remote use of Matlab computers in advance if you are doing the exercise remotely. The two PC classrooms of the Chemistry building (B016 and B017) are reserved for the students for this exercise. Based on the exercise instructions, it is possible to complete the exercise and quiz independently, even in advance.

2. Enzyme kinetics with Matlab: Group selection (6.2. 2023; 13:15-16:00) Group choice
Exercise is held the 6th of February. Choose one group, remote with Zoom or PC classroom (B016, B017 and B018). If you have carried out the quiz before the exercise date you can remove your name from the group.

These questions are related to the Enzyme Kinetics exercise performed using MATLAB. A description of the task can be found in the "CHEM-CHEM-C1300 Fundamental Biosciences-Enzyme Kinetics exercise.pdf" document.
In addition, you may need the "Matlab use with a remote computer.pdf" instructions for remote use of Matlab.
Enzyme kinetics have been discussed somewhat in "Michaelis-Menten kinetics.pdf" document.
It is possible to answer tasks (before and after) regardless of PC-class room / Zoom sessions.
