  • Term Paper and Group Assignment

    TERM PAPER

    This short (and focused) Term Paper is written by each student and submitted by the deadline. Specifically, please follow the process described below:

    -      Select a topic from the list provided in MyCourses (below) and email me your choice of topic by cob Friday 10 March for approval. I will confirm your choice by email.

    -      Prepare a proposal which can be a annotated outline or a first draft. Email it to me by cob Wednesday 22 March. You can send it to me, of course, earlier than that. In return, I will email you my feedback.

    -      The final Term Paper is due by cob Friday 21 April (by 18h00). You must submit your final Term Paper via MyCourses.  [We will discuss ChatGPT policy during lectures.]

    GROUP ASSIGNMENT

    Please let me know who will be in your group (2-4 students) by cob Tuesday 14 March either in class or by email. One student can act as the group's spokesperson. And please let me know whether your group chooses the viewpoint of "Randomista" or whether you will present a challenge to it. Also, let me know which paper(s) from the list of papers for Group Assignment you intend to cover in your presentation.

    If I don't hear from you, I will do a random draw to form the groups.
