    To book a time for a 60-min. feedback session for the task Defining your thesis, navigate to the Scheduler by clicking on this task, and then follow these steps:

    1. From the Sheduler, click on a suitable date and time
    2. In order to indicate the type of text that you are sending, write Defining your thesis into the "Your message" comment field.
    3. In the "Upload file" field, upload your text in either .doc, .docx, or .rtf format as an MS Word document.
       
    4. Press "Confirm booking"
    5. An automatic message will be sent to the selected teacher, who will then send you an email Outlook calendar invitation containing the link for joining the Zoom feedback session.
    6. Accept the calendar invitation, as this will add it to your calendar. Please note that all times begin exactly at the time indicated (e.g., 10:00 does not mean 10:15)
