    • If you missed both Tuesday and Friday: assignments 1 and 2.
If you missed only Tuesday 21.2.: the assignment 1.
If you missed only Friday 24.2.: the assignment 2.

      ASSIGNMENT 1

Familiarize yourself with Rinna Toikka's Videos/slides.
Then write (approx. 1 page) about: Interaction in teaching.

You can think about different contexts (online teaching, lecture halls, classroom settings, small group teaching & one-to-one feedback sessions) and some or all of the following questions:
      - How can we facilitate positive and constructive interaction?
      - How can we motivate & engage students?
      - How can we promote participation?

      ASSIGNMENT 2

Familiarize yourself with the slides of the session 6.

Familiarize yourself especially with the four different"(university) teacher identities" and read about the strengths and weaknesses the other course participants saw for each identity (on the following slides). Reflect on your teacher identity: which identity do you identify yourself with? What are your strengths (and development points) from that perspective?

The visiting teachers discussed three themes: assessment, feedback and teaching methods. When you think about some good experiences as a learner, can you recall some good practices regarding these three themes? Pick up some relevant ideas and thoughts from them, which could support your own teaching. Reflect them how you could implement them in your course/teaching.

Then write (approx. 1 page) about these topics.
