  • 1. Redraw and add dimensions Okuma part in your chosen CAD. See pdf file below. 

    2. Complete a setup sheet( selecting machining parameters etc)

    4. Write your NC code using template

    5. Calculate machining time using turning formulas and CAM. Show also the toolpaths.

    The pretasks sholud be done before the actual laboratory day:  a drawing, setup sheet, NC-program, calculated machine time and toolpaths.

    The exercise day according to the schedule and starting time for Okuma exercise is at 09:15 in K2 building, Production Engineering laboratory.
