The CV has no one given form and there is more than one way to write a good CV. In Finland, a CV describes you as a person, listing your achievements and education in reverse chronological order. Start with you most recent education and work experience. As a student, start with the degree you are studying for right now.

Remember to customize your CV for each position you apply for, for example by leaving out things that are irrelevant for a particular position. To impress the employer, always emphasize the things relevant to the employer and to the job in question. Besides education and work experience extracurricular activities, positions of trust or hobbies can be relevant.
