    • All samples, blank and standard were transferred into 96-well plates for measurement and the absorbance was determined at a wavelength of 405 nm.
    • There are two excel files one for group A and one for group B
    • In the excel file there are the results of the plateread and a picture of the plate layout, so that you recognize your samples, standards and blank.
