Hello, everyone!
As we approach Demo Day, it's time to get ready. We want this day to be a celebration of your hard work and creativity. Here's a quick rundown of what to expect:
Setting Up and Feedback: From 9:00 to 9:30 AM, we'll be setting up our wireframes and finalizing any last-minute preparations. Remember, preparation is key, so don't leave things to the last minute. This is your chance to showcase your project, so make it count.
The Main Event - Feedback Session: From 9:30 AM to 12:00 PM, our teachers and mentors will go around the floor to give feedback to teams one by one. You will have a chance to demonstrate your prototype, your process, your business model, and everything else that you have on your Wireframes.
Open Session - Externals and Guests: From 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, the floor is yours! External guests, including experts, stakeholders, and fellow students, some from partner universities and schools will be eager to hear about your projects. Be ready to answer questions and showcase what makes your project special.
Make the most out of your resources and time: We want you to use the space efficiently and creatively. Think of your Wireframe as the face of your project—it should convey your business model, customer's problem, and value proposition. And remember, when describing the customer's problem, use the first-person perspective to make it relatable. You can print out extra posters and banners from Design Factory as part of your booths.
Documentation report: Your documentation report is your project's journey. Don't be modest; show us the countless hours and dedication you've poured into it. Let us see the steps that brought you to this point. Be proud of your progress!
What makes or break your prototype: Your prototype should demonstrate how it delivers the value you promise to your users and customers. Show us the user experience, what sets your product or service apart, and why customers should choose it.Demo Day is your time to shine and unleash your creativity. Have fun and be imaginative. This is your chance to make Demo Day truly your own.
Remember, there will be external guests in attendance, including experts from other universities, previous guest lecturers, stakeholders, and special guests. They'll have questions and will want to engage with you, so ensure all team members are prepared to present and answer inquiries.
We believe in you and your projects! Let's make this Demo Day a memorable success. Don't forget to submit your documentation report—it's your project's story. You've got this!
Looking forward to celebrating with you all at the end of this journey.
