This module focuses on the productivity paradox of service operations and discusses the opportunities that modular solution designs provide for improving the productivity of the service business. The session is based on research on developing modular service solution in industrial firms. The objective is to learn from the real-life experiences of developing and implementing modular solutions by an industrial organization.
