      Wed 6.3.2024: Case session on modularity in service

      The session is based on research on developing modular service solution in industrial firms. The objective is to learn from the real-life experiences of developing and implementing modular solutions by an industrial organization. The challenges in the transformation to modular solutions are discussed. Also, the session discusses organizational learning required to improve the productivity of service provision.
