      This exercise should help you become more comfortable with unfamiliar interactions with strangers, and to familiarize yourself with the concept of making an impact on somebody's daily life. 

      We will review the outcome of this home assignment during the 24th January session. 

      1. Your task is to bring happiness to someone's day. 
      2. Choose someone whom you are not familiar with, someone who is outside your social circles. 
      3. Answer the questions in this questionnaire by 24th January 12:01pm 

      - What did you do you to make somebody happy?

      - How did you spot the opportunity to make that person happy?

      - How did your personal abilities or skills contribute to making the interaction with the person more meaningful or impactful?

      Expert interview: 
      •Professionals, academics, or industry specialists with deep knowledge in a specific field. ( Eg researchers)
      •Seek to understanding on what they are working on,industry insight,  potential business opportunities emerging, opinions on trends and advancements
      •Questions are more technical, industry-focused, and seek predictions or opinions on trends and advancements.

      User and customer interview:
      •Actual or potential users of a product or service, representing a segment of the market (eg health enthusiast)
      •Aim to understand customer experiences, needs, preferences, and behaviors
      •Questions are potentially more personal, experiential, and oriented towards understanding the individual's daily life and choices

      Deliverable: 1 Slide (no more than 1 slide) in PDF format DL: Monday Jan 29th 22:00 
      Show highlights from the interview: 
      1. Who did you meet? Why? Key interview attributes 
      2. Key findings from the interview? What was interesting? 
      3. Would there be business potential?

      Share an interesting statistic, pattern, phenomenon or changing paradigm

      Prepare an one pager (A4) to explain why others should be interested of it. 

      Note: Make the page readable from distance. Summarize your points, use large enough font. 

      Pictures or graphs can be included. Print the page out and bring it to the session of February 1st (in color).

      Summarize your personal why for tomorrow 8th February. Be ready to answer the following questions:

      (NOTE! you may have multiple answers for each question)

      1. What are my goals for the course and/or the business idea?
      2. What would I like to make during the course? What skills would you like to apply/develop? (services, software, physical products etc.)
      3. What ”tribes” would I like to serve? (customer segment)
