Exercise sessions start on week 2 of the course (29.4-5.5.).
There will be five exercise sets each of which contains quizzes, theory problems, and MATLAB exercises. The theory exercises are returned via MyCourses whereas the MATLAB exercises are returned in FeedbackFruits via MyCourses. We provide some hints for the exercises based on MATLAB, however, it is allowed to submit in Python. Other programming languages are not allowed. The exercises follow the lectures by one week, and so the exercise sessions start on week 18 (the second week of the course). The deadline for submitting the exercises is on the following Monday at 22:00. Late submissions are not accepted on any grounds.
Exercises are worth 75 % of the total grade. You get points for theory exercises (2 points each, scaled to 40% of overall grade), MATLAB exercises (1–2 points each, scaled to 25% of overall grade), peer-reviewing (see this page), and MyCourses quizzes (scaled to 10 % of overall grade).
