  • Session 2. The global business environment

    During the session will discuss the core elements that form the international business environment. We will cover the current trends that shape the environment and discuss how the landscape is changing. Lastly, we explore tools and ways for unpacking and analyzing the international environment where organizations are trying to operate in.
