In this lecture, we will embark on an exploration of sustainability, beginning with a discussion on its definition and its significance in the global context. We will discuss the pressing challenges our world faces in terms of sustainability and discuss the role of culture in transformational efforts towards sustainability. The focus then shifts to responsible practices of global firms contributing to sustainability. A highlight is the introduction of corruption as a CSR topic, leading to organized debates on corrupt practices.
