In the third session, we will continue building the big picture about analyzing the internal and external aspects of the firm by using different frameworks. The emphasis will be on the various frameworks that guide the analysis of a firm's internal aspects. Once we have a firm grasp on the internal perspective, we will then bridge the gap between internal and external viewpoints by discussing the Carlsberg case.
