    About this session

    The fifth and final session of the course is mainly about reflection. We will introduce you some reflection tools and discuss the importance of reflection for your development as a teacher. Additionally, we will take a brief look at the TCA process from the reflection's point of view (approach to teaching) and you get to conduct teaching competence self-assessment.

    After this session you should have formed own approach to teaching and have more knowledge on how to develop your teachership and teaching further, while taking into account the various themes discussed in this course (e.g., learning theories and pedagogical frameworks, discipline-based educational features, learning-centricity, aspects that affect to quality, and the requirements of the changing world).
