This MyCourses page is the main center for Master's thesis activities in the Department of Design. Here you find the latest information related to the thesis process.
IMPORTANT: This page provides instructions for students who start their thesis work after 1.8.2024. Students who started their thesis work before 1.8.2024—which means that they had their thesis topic approved before 1.8.2024—follow the completion timelines that they have agreed upon with their supervisor.
This page includes the following sections:
- DoD Thesis Basics: covers what is an MA thesis at DoD, types of theses, thesis completion paths & deadlines.
- Stages of Thesis Process: gives instructions for each stage of the thesis process.
- Thesis Seminar course sections for each implementation, which include course-specific instructions, materials, and assignments. You can see the implementation you are enrolled in.
- Study program/major sections – CoDe, CoID, FACT, CS, and IDBM – which include program/major-specific instructions and materials. You can only see your program/major.
- Started before 1.8.2024: includes links to information about thesis for those who started thesis before 1.8.2024.
