  • Check Point Meetings

    Welcome to the checkpoint section!

    There are five checkpoints arranged throughout the PDP course. The one hour meetings are meant to review the progress of the team, discuss if there are issues as well as offer help if needed. In all five meetings the team and the teaching team is present, we will also invite sponsors to few of them.

    The bookings for the checkpoints will be opened a couple of weeks before the meeting is due to take place. 

     In every CPM we want to hear the some basic info on your progress. A good practice is to prepare a presentation that includes the following to serve as a base for the discussion:

    • What has been done;
    • What are the next steps;
    • Major challenges or blocks;
    • Use of resources (human + money);
    • Highlights and main learnings;
