LEARNING OUTCOMES

The student has acquired good skills in solving real-life problems from firms and research organizations as a result of developing and solving operations research models through collaborative work in project teams. The student can communicate effectively through oral presentations and well-written reports.

Content

    Teamwork is practised in the context of techno-economic projects. Building and application of models. Project planning, execution and reporting. Excursions to companies and research organizations. 

    The contents of this course vary. The course can be taken multiple times (those students who have already completed the course and are interested in taking it again are advised to contact studentservices@aalto.fi).

    Participation in seminar and project work.
