We will focus more on leadership than management. The course will concentrate on three layers of leadership: leading self, leading a company and leading others. We will start by discussing leadership in general and what makes a good leader. Then focus on personal values and leadership. We will widen the concept of personal leadership to leading self and leading a company. The we will focus on leading others, mostly related to leading artists but also staff.
We will do lectures and group work in the morning and group work and individual assignments in the afternoon. You'll find one assignment already and other assignments will be handed out after the morning lectures.
