CONTENT, ASSESSMENT AND WORKLOAD

Content

    This course explores product development and innovation practices across the globe. Students will engage with real world cases linked to various themes, presented by international professionals and educators from Design Factories across the world. Students will have the opportunity to reflect on how different local practices and experiences can enhance innovation processes, and interact with students and faculty from different countries to build capabilities for successful international collaboration.

    This course has been designed so that it can be taken at the same time as MEC-E3020 Methods in early product development, but it can also be taken alone.

Assessment Methods and Criteria

    Completion and quality of assignments and participation in lectures.

Workload
  • valid for whole curriculum period:

    Participation in lectures, self-study of online materials and completion on individual tasks. Most lectures will be online.
